Prescription pain medications are notorious for causing this - are you on any kind of narcotic medication?
Other medications that could cause this include heart and diabetic meds as well as anti-depressants. Too much iron in the body could also be cause. You can discuss your medication list with your doctor to see if there is a culprit there.
