I'm 32 and I had my tubes tied in Nov of 2004 during the C -Section of my son. I've never had issues with my cycle until the last 3 months. I've actually skipped a whole month and my cycle has just been coming whenever it wants. I'm tired all the time and I don't do anything over active. I have bad cramps to the point I can feel it shoot down my legs. I'm feeling sick at random times of the day. I'm not at all worried about being pregnant but I do wonder if it could be something more serious. Hoping someone can give me a little insight on this.
Thanks!

Hi Pie
My advice is that you see your health care provider. This could be a menstrual cycle/hormone thing, but it could also be a systemic illness. Endocrine problems, for example thyroid, can cause systemic issues of fatigue, nausea and pain. They are vague symptoms that not everyone catches. I suggest you see a provider and explain all of this so you can have some blood work done and make sure you don't have anything systemic going on.
Please let us know how it goes. I would call today.
