Just got out of hospital an need to know what i can eat that is the best for me

Thank you for writing.

To promote pancreatic health, alcohol should never be consumed.

A low fat diet is best; with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Lean proteins like skinless chicken, any white meat poultry, fish/seafood, low fat dairy and eggs will help. All grains should be whole grains.

All dairy should be low -fat and fried foods should be avoided totally.
