Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Anxiety creates the feeling of panic and also perhaps an adrenaline rush although the rapid heart beat is mainly associated to the anxiety. Are you being treated for anxiety? Is there a problem that you are having with a rapid heart beat or the feeling of an adrenaline rush? Have you seen your doctor?
