What are the normal physical feelings of thyroid cell death after RAI treatment?

Thyroidectomy 5/4/09, RAI 5/26 158 Millicuries. Papillary-follicular varient. metastises to nearby cervical lymphs on one side. What are the normal physical feelings in cell death? Sometimes I have soreness, but sometimes sudden lightning and tingling which makes me want to hold my throat. Sometimes when apply daily sunscreen on scar, it feels like I have fiberglass in my skin.

"A sore throat or some neck pain is common after radiation treatment. It should subside in a few days. Since yours persisted, I would see your physician."
