What are the best ways to control anxiety attacks without medication?

I get panic and anxiety attacks randomly. I don't want to take medication and doctors are quick to prescribe them. Are there any tips to help control these attacks, naturally? Are there any tips to prevent these attacks from happening?

Welcome to EmpowHER. The best way to treat panic attacks, is through psychotherapy and medication. Together they are very effective.  It will help you feel better and not let the panic attacks interfere with your daily life.
