yesterday i was helping my boyfriend sorting out some plastics and 1 in particular smelt like toe jam really bad and all of a sudden i just started feeling nauseous which was very weird i was drinking apply juice early the same day and i puked up a little im on my period and its not as heavy as it use to maybe because im on the pill sholud i be concerd

It sounds like you had a reaction to whatever it was that you smelled and this is a one time thing. It likely has nothing to do with your period, which can make your periods lighter.

If this is not a one-time thing, and you continue to throw up, then you should seek medical attention.
