i have this vaginal skin itching for three years now. i observed that sometimes my skin down there is flaky and most of the time very itchy. here are small white bumps around the skin near the clit as well. now some areas are reddish (circular). i tried some topical cream but to no avail. please help

In the course of the three years, have you consulted and been examined by either your primary care physician or gynecologist?
I suggest you schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
Common symptoms associated with sexually transmitted diseases include:
Itching around the vagina and/or discharge from the vagina for women
Chancre sores (painless red sores) on the genital area, anus, tongue and/or throat
Small blisters that turn into scabs on the genital area
Soft, flesh-colored warts around the genital area
Pain during sex or when urinating
Pain in the pelvic area
I am not making a diagnosis but pointing out a possible cause of your symptoms.
