Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

You need to determine why your stomach is bloating in order to make it better. You may have food allergies or eat too much at a time or too quickly.

Beans, lentils, broccoli, cauliflower and onions can cause bloating. Dairy is also a culprit, as are any kind of fizzy drinks.

You may need to slowly eliminate various foods to see if the bloating stops. An allergy to gluten (wheat) may also be a cause. This is called celiac disease. Some tests can be carried out to see if you have this allergy.

In the meantime, eat small meals slowly and use a product like GasX to see if it helps.

Best,
Susan
