I'm watching a little girl and when I picked her up her mom told me she had boo boos and didn't know how they got there. She has a blk eye and a weird mark on her tummy under her rib cage her mom said she had a rattle in her crib maybe she hit herself with it I have this little girl for weeks at a time and she is not strong enough to giver herself a blk eye is it possible she scratched herself hard enough because I have witnessed her really going at that eye when she's upset?

A black eye and a scratch seem (to me) to be two different things. I can't say what this might be. It must be bothering her though if she is itching it a lot.
