Hello and thank you in advance to all who try to help =)
I had my tubes tied after my last pregnancy (17 months ago) and since then I have not paid much attention to what day of the month my period starts. I do know I had my period in February (my guess is I started on the 14th or 21st - it was a Sat. and towards the later part of the month) and it's now going on April and I have not had a period. I know it's very unlikely that I could get pregnant after having my tubes tied BUT I conceived my three boys extremely easily. I'm just a fertile mertile ;) So, I do not doubt my bodies ability to get pregnant. I did take a pregnancy test last thursday (March 26) and it was negative. I don't currently have health insurance, if I did I would just make an appt to see my Doctor. What are your thoughts? Think I could be pregnant? FYI my periods are never late. If anything they come early and they last abour 7-8 days (ugh!!).

P.S. If I were indeed pregnant would I get a positive pregnancy test if it was an ectopic pregnancy?

Hello Anonymous, do you mind if I ask what type of tubal procedure did you have done? I too have been having some significant changes as well. I am also 38 and had tubal rings placed after the birth of my son 10yrs ago, just last month I did have a cycle (lighter than normal) but what is most unusual is that my breast have been sore from the time I started my cycle last month and now it is just about time to start this month and they are extremely sensitive and have gotten bigger(completely not normal for me). I have had pregnancy scares before but this time just seems different I feel pregnant. I am going to wait and see if my cycle comes before I get to worried. Sending my prayers to you for a safe and healthy pregnancy. Be Blessed:))

When I was pregnant with my 3rd, the Dr's thought it was also a molar pregnancy. It turned out I was just really early and also has some cysts. He's now a healthy 14 month old. I hope everything is good with you. Please keep us posted. BTW....Congratulations, I'm praying for pregnancy. I regret my tubal ligation.

I am in the same boat I had my period in december 10 or 12. I dont keep up with it because my tubes are tied. But it hasnt came this month. I feel like it is but nothing comes. I havee pregnancy symptoms took a hpt it came out negative. Should i be concerned? Help please

I have had my tubes tied for 8 years now and I'm having symptoms of being pregnant. I took 2 test and one was negative and the other positive. Could I be pregnant?

Yes. The test had to detect hcg. U should call your dr to get mote test done. Im in the same boat except i only done 1 and it was negative.

Same problems here! My tubes have been tied for 10 years an my period has always been like clockwork! I now haven't had a period in 2 months,haven't took a test yet but I will be 36 years old next week. What may be up with this sudden change???

January 14, 2015 - 5:22pmI'm 38 years old. I have a 16 year old, 10 year old and an 8 year old. I have never had problems getting pregnant. Basically I was given the nickname fertile mertile from friends and family.
I got my tubes tied with the pomeroy method, during a c-section with my youngest son in 2006, I was 29 years old at the time.
I have never missed a period, unless I was pregnant and my periods have always been on time.
I'm right now 4 days late.
I'm not sure what to think.
I'm going to take a test on Friday, which is payday.
But wanted to know what your thoughts were on this.

I am in the same boat. I had my tubes tied 16 years ago. I gained to over 400 pounds after the surgery and have lost quiet a bit. I didn't have a period last month and am suppose to start today, but no symptoms of my period. Is it possible for me to be pregnant?

Hi everyone. I have had my tubes tied for two years. Ever since then my periods have always landed the 6th of every month. Last month me and my husband had sex a lot, now I'm late witch I am never am. I am very naushes all I wanna do is sleep more. Could I be pregnant?
