Blood pressure is normal 115/75 but arms feel tingly and heart rate fluctuating from 91 to 130 resting. Chest feels a bit tight and felt like the heart was vibrating before I took the pressure. Fingers feel a bit numb.

Guide

Hello. Thank you for writing.

These symptoms are concerning. Don't hesitate to seek medical care. Symptoms of a heart attack include tightness or pain in the jaw, chest, neck, back, or arms, as well as fatigue, lightheadedness, abnormal heartbeat, and anxiety. Women are more likely to have atypical symptoms than men.
