About two weeks ago, I had a sore knot arise under my breast where my bra line is. I thought it was a boil because of the pain, but after treating it for a week the pain went away but the knot has doubled in size, is raised, and fixed. It has now been a little over two weeks and the knot is now the size of a quarter. I am very concerned. I had blood test ran right after the knot came up that showed my wbc count to be high and my feet have been swelling. Should I be alarmed that this could possibly be more than a lymph infection

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You need to first find out if the lump is benign or not. Since its very close to your breast its important you find this out as soon as possible. It could be a lymph node infection as well.
If it is benign lump your doctor will suggest a treatment depending on why it developed and whether or not it will become a problem in the future.
At this point I can only suggest that you see a doctor about the results of the blood test and also doing more tests to find out what it is and why it developed.
Below I have pasted a link to an article that might be helpful.
