Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

What is your underlying condition? When you talk about your "counts" are you talking about your blood sugar levels meaning you're a diabetic?

Swollen ankles can have many causes. Being on your feet all day, poor circulation or heart, liver or kidney disease.

If you have diabetes, then it may be your medication that is causing your swollen ankles. Some diabetic meds list swollen ankles as a direct side effect.
Have you checked the side effects of your medications?
Best,
Susan
