STDs from oral sex

Hello,
I have some questions about STDs from oral sex.
1. If a man and a woman were virgin when they started having sex and only have sex with each other. Does that mean they are all clean? Is that safe for them to do oral sex without protection (like condom, etc)? Is there any germs or bacteria in their body fluid (semen, pre-cm, vaginal discharge) that can cause STDs?
2 Cold sore is caused only because of herpes virus? If both are clean then a cold sore can't occur?

3. Can the HPV vaccine prevent cold sore in the mouth (like herpes virus to act in the mouth) as well?
4. You can only get an STD from someone who got STD? If both are clean, but one is having a cut in the mouth, can they give an oral sex?
5. How long does it take for an STD to start appear or show up?
I'm hoping to know more so that I can get me ad my boyfriend safe. Thank you so much.
