This can happen to anyone, even those who are perfectly healthy, if they do these actions too quickly. This is because the gravity of blood has changed but it quickly adjusts itself, which seems to be happening with you. Try getting up and lying down slowly to see if it stops.
January 15, 2018 - 11:19amYou may also want to get your blood pressure checked to make sure that is not an issue and also your iron levels to make sure you are not anemic.
