Being a Christian, I feel guilty after masterbation. How can I control my sexual urges to pleasure myself as I am a divorced woman & hard to control this habit. I have considered buying a vibrator but should I do so to please myself? I am diabetic & have trouble reaching orgasms. What do you suggest &

Since you want to control your urges due to your religious beliefs, I can only suggest you do what religious people tend to do, which is pray or talk to a pastor or trusted friend.
It's your choice to buy a vibrator or not, or to masturbate (something considered normal/healthy in the medical community) or not. It is not up to us to make these decisions for you as we cannot counsel you from a religious viewpoint.
