Regular Periods is enough to ensure non pregnancy?

Even though my boyfriend had not intercourse with me, I am in fear about the pre cm as we have genital regions rubbing. And I have got cleared about it through EMPOWHER. Now I have my regular periods today. Is this enough to ensure that I am not get pregnant?
