Recurring Breast Lump

I am a 25 year old mother of one. Back in 2013, I noticed a lump on my left breast below my armpit. I went in for a biopsy and an ultrasound and everything checked out. I had my daughter in 2015 and the lump disappeared. I stopped BF about 2 months ago and that's when the lump reappeared. Same place, more pronounced.
Should I be worried? I plan on getting checked soon.
