Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

If you know you need to rest more, rest more.

What recovery exercises are you doing?

Using a treadmill is a great way low impact way to strengthen your the quadriceps. Any exercises that are low impact and improve your flexibility and range of motion your knee is good.

For specific exercises for your particular case, you will need to be referred to physical therapy - that should be starting for you by now. Contact your doctor about a knee brace.

Best,
Susan
