2. How is the severaty of PTSD assessed?
3. What are the treatment modalities?
4. What are the crietrria to the treatment modalitie and how severe is the PTSD to determine medixally mecessary treatment?
5. Is there a systematic approach to and delivery of PTSD in civillian population?

5. Most. Important---- where to get treatment and how To know how competent the providers are and what questions to ask.

Thank you!

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Civilians can absolutely get treatment to PTSD. Usually trauma psychotherapists offer a systematic program to treat a patient with PTSD. Each psychotherapist may offer a different method of treatment depending on their own knowledge and the particular history of the patient.

Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that more deeply explains treatment for PTSD.

I hope that helps.
