Right I'm not to sure about the dates but I know I was on my period on the 8th of July , and think I finished about 2-4 days after (not 100%) sure. On Saturday 25th (late at night) I had unprotected sex 3 times. What are the chances I'm pregnant ? I started today with like a white/clear slimy discharge. Am I being paranoid or could I be pregnant as I can't work out the dates of ovulation !

Hi Chanberhouse,
Take a pregnancy test if your period is late by at least seven days.
Generally, early signs of pregnancy can occur during the first month of pregnancy. You cannot rely on these symptoms as confirmation that you are pregnant because the early symptoms of pregnancy are often like what happens right before and during menstruation.

Okay thanks , I know it sounds stupid but can you get symptoms really early ? I've had the off stomach cramp, it feels like fluttering in my lower stomach and my nipples we're a bit itchy this morning , also I have also contributed with a white watery discharge ?

If you are asking if you can have early pregnancy symptoms four days after intercourse, the answer is no. Even if you became pregnant, the fertilized egg hasn't implanted yet.

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. There is always a risk for pregnancy with unprotected sexual intercourse. The risk is highest five days before and on the day of ovulation.
Generally, ovulation occurs 14 days following the last day of the last menstrual period. With an average 28 day cycle, it is mid-cycle or about two weeks before the start of your next period.
So, there was a chance you were ovulating around July 26. Unprotected intercourse during the fertile window, five days before and on the day of ovulation carries a risk. If your next period is late by at least seven days, test for pregnancy.
