Pre-ejaculate and Pregnancy

Hi , this is going to sound so retarded and dumb for a 24 year old!
Expecting AF any time this week but I have been kinda nervous whether it'll appear.
During the beginning of this month (day 11 of my cycle) I met up with my boyfriend.
Although we did not undergo sexual intercourse I did give him a handjob + he fingered me. I didn't want him to touch me down there but he convinced me nothing will happen. Me being stupid listened to him. I know that there is NO WAY in hell I will listen to him again with this because it has been hell for me.

Anyway I took my trousers down but I do not know if he got even a spec of pre ejaculate fluid on his fingers. However, when I started to touch him again, his penis did seem dry. He did ejaculate, he wiped himself and after this he did not touch me at all down there.
My question is if we did not have intercourse BUT somehow got pre-ejaculate on his fingers from adjusting himself whilst I pulled down my trousers do I have a pregnancy risk? I've been reading up on this topic alot but all I can find is pre-ejaculate can only cause a risk if there was actual penetration or genital to genital contact.
But none of that happened! The most that happened is what I described.

I am currently in day 28 of my cycle and I basically feel awful. No real pregnancy symptom. Just have been feeling really nauseous for the last couple of days which I don't recall happening before? I don't know if this is related to pregnancy, Pms, being underweight or anxiety. My cycle varies from day 29-34!

Can you please help me. Am I worrying for no reason or is there a reason i should purchase a hpt!
(O and I've been getting slight cramps in my lower abdomen since yesday)

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
What you read is correct. Pre-ejaculate does not always contain sperm, but if it did, it can only make you pregnant if he penetrated you. There is no possibility of pregnancy from the scenario you described. You do not need to worry about pregnancy at all.
