Ok what food not to eat when having gout

Foods to avoid:
Red meat and organ meats (liver, tongue, etc,)
Shellfish such as shrimp and lobster.
Refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, pasta, sugar)
Processed foods (chips, snack foods, frozen dinners)
Sugary beverages.
