No period for 2 months no sex for 4 months. Negative pregnancy tests

So I haven't had my period for 2 months I took 2 home tests and went to the Dr and took a test and came negative . Haven't had sex since 4 months ago had 2 heavy periods which is regular to me. What other causees could be delaying? I'm stressing over not habing my period

What did your doctor say? A lifestyle change, stress, or illness, among other things, can impact the cycle. A hormonal imbalance is also possible. Your doctor can check for this.
