neutropenia and pregnanct test accurcy

i have had neutropenia for 12 years now i am 24 year old my doctor say it pretty rare i have been admitted to the hospital over 150 over this time.i get strange infection for no good reason.i take my nueprogin shots one a week last time i was last admitted to the hospital about a month ago for a tooth infection. i just want to let yall know a little about my journey thought neutropenia to help get a better answer. me amd my husband have been trying to get pregnant for a couple year when i did not happen right away we decide not to drive our self crazy about and just let it happen when it happen we haven't used any kind of birth control since then. well now i got a strong felling i may be pregnant my period is 3 weeks i had some very light spotting that could be implantation bleeding i have been pretty sick but not like i normal am i have took a couple at home pregnancy test but the have came back negative i planed to go to the doctor in a couple weeks but until then i want to know if any one else has had issues with get a positive result with at home pregnancy test i can't seem to get a straight answer because of my neutropenia i just want to know what i should do and if this is normal
