Hello. Thank you for posting.

Your nausea is likely related the to acid reflux (and not sciatica). Have you seen a doctor about this? Acid reflux is a digestive disease in which stomach acid or bile irritates the food-pipe lining. There are both over-the-counter treatments and prescription medication that can help, as well as diet and lifestyle changes. This link can help. Copy/paste:

Once the acid reflux is under control, you may be better able to deal with your other health issues.

Are you being treated for sciatica and hot flashes? Your doctor can usually diagnose hot flashes based on a description of your symptoms. Your doctor might suggest blood tests to check whether you're in menopausal transition. If so, there are things he or she might recommend that can help you. The same would be true for dealing with sciatica. You have a lot going on, Anon. I suggest a visit with your PCP (primary care doctor) to go over these issues.
