Hello, Anon!

Thank you for posting.

The abdomen contains all the digestive organs, including the stomach, small and large intestines, pancreas, liver, and gallbladder. The abdomen also contains the kidneys and spleen.

Your symptoms are very broad, and even so, we cannot know what is causing them. How long have you been ill? Has it worsened? Some possibilities, something you ate that was spoiled or undercooked, a stomach virus (gastroenteritis), Irritable bowel syndrome, gallstones, colitis, among other causes.

If you have not seen improvement in these symptoms, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
