My six year old has sores all in her mouth this morning. Some have whitish yellow in them some are just red

Hello. Thank you for posting.

We cannot know what this might be. It could a viral infection causing mouth sores and/or ulcers. An allergic reaction to something. If your child has not been ill and this has happened suddenly she should be evaluated by a doctor.
