My right foot on the side of one toe i have a sore spot. Its white un color some dark in center hurts when i were socks and shoes. It appears to be alot of skin build up when i take a needle to it it doesnt hurt i can stab it doesnt hurt kinda like calis

Don't try to remove it yourself or stick anything in it, you can cause an infection. It sounds like it might be callus. If so, there are callus treatments you can buy at the drug store that may help. Your pharmacist can recommend something. Or see a foot doctor if home treatment does not help.
