Her only medication is for blood pressure, She has been on the same medication for 40 years

If this is something new, she should mention it to her doctor if she is concerned. If this is something that normally happens, then it's likely normal for her. Idiopathic hyperhidrosis is a condition in which the body chronically produces too much sweat without any identifiable medical cause.
