Thank you for writing.

We don't have a list of brand name cheeses with lower potassium content but you are best off with unprocessed and/or soft cheeses.

Cheddar, cream cheese and blue cheese are good options. Keep your portions small and don't eat cheese every day. You should be looking at cheeses that have under 150 mgs in a single serving or less.
