my brother in law has got pemphigus.

i want to know what treatment he needs, what drugs are recommended, it is contagious or not.

This is correct, it is an autoimmune disease and is not contagious. We have information on pemphigus here: https://www.empowher.com/condition/pemphigus/treatments.

Pemphigus can be a very difficult thing to have, and painful. The drugs used to treat the more severe cases are chemo drugs. Your brother in law is going to need a lot of support and compassion.

It is an autoimmune disease so it is NOT contagious.
