Your BP is within a normal range - but on the higher side of normal.
120/80 - give or take some points up or down - is desirable.
Would your systolic (upper) value increase by 3 mmHg to 140 mmHg and your diastolic (lower) value increase by 10 mmHg your blood pressure would then be considered Hypertension Stage 1.
