Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Here are some ways you can lower your BP - some may pertain to you, some may not:
Diet - Limit the intake of sodium, fatty foods and processed foods such as starchy carbohydrates
Exercise - Engage in at least 45 to 60 minutes of moderate aerobic activities every day
Sleep - Get at least eight hours of sleep a night or enough to feel well-rested (this number can vary from person to person)
Stress - Control activities and or events in life that contribute to stress
Alcohol - Limit alcohol intake throughout the week
Smoking - Stop smoking all tobacco products
Medication - (if your doctor recommends it) - you may want to try something else if natural methods don't work for you.
Best,
Susan
