I've had a scabby sore on my upper back shoulder that itchy, bleeds and never heals for maybe 2 years or so. I never thought of anything about it because it's not on or around a mole!!

Not all skin cancers come from moles. A scabby sore that bleeds and does not heal can be a form of skin cancer. If you have had this sore for 2 years, it's time to see a dermatologist.
