is it possible to have a cyst rupture and it feel like something exploded inside of you?

The pain was localized in the lower rigt abdominal area and felt like a small sharp explosion and burning right after for about 2 minutes. Now after an hour i am having cramps. I am not do for my menstrual cycle for another 2 weeks.

Sorry to hear about your pain. When an ovarian cyst ruptures, it usually causes a sharp pain on one side of the abdomen. This matches your description, so it's quite possible that a cyst ruptured.

Since you're 2 weeks away from your period, another possibility may be ovulation. However, the cramping and pain from ovulation is usually not severe or "explosion"-like.

The good news is that ovarian cysts aren't usually serious. However, you should consult your gynecologist as soon as possible to rule out any other conditions, such as cancer.
