I take metformin but my sugar is very high. I have no insurance or money, is there a natural way I can bring down my blood sugar?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Try taking apple cider vinegar every day - a few tablespoons should suffice. You can mix it with water or juice.

We have an article about foods that can lower blood pressure naturally that you can read here: https://www.empowher.com/diabetes/content/got-diabetes-5-foods-can-lower-blood-sugar-levels-naturally

Also, exercise daily and maintain a fresh, non-processed diet.
Best,
Susan
