Diabetics, a I am sure you know, are prone to foot problems, some of them serious.

Swelling can be a sign of infection. You may have an infection nail or some other kind of issue going on that is causing this swelling. You may also have been bitten or stung without your knowledge. If this swelling has not gone down with icing, consult your doctor.
