im currently taking high blood pressure medication so would I be able to take this pink pill?

We don't know what pink pill you are talking about. There are some medications that should not be taken with HBP medications. Read the information on the bottle, (of your pink pills) the warnings, drug interactions or precautions. Or ask your pharmacist.
