im a 48yrs old and past few months my period will be more then 14 days

At 48, you are very likely to be in peri-menopause or even menopause itself. The average age of women who start menopause is 52.

Periods being irregular and stopping/restarting is one of the first signs. Menopause is a normal part of a woman's life cycle.
