Bleeding has nothing to do with virginity. Some women bleed when they first start having sex, many don't. Once you have sex, you are no longer a virgin. Ejaculation on the vaginal opening can lead to pregnancy.
It doesn't sound like you've had any sex ed at all. If not, it's a good idea to study on your own so you know how sex and the human body works. You can read books on this or search our own site. This will eliminate a lot of stress than the unknown can cause. Stop having sex until you know what you are doing.
