I was diagnosed with polymalgia several years, treated, and all has been fine.Now I fell it might have returned. Could this happen?

Polymyalgia inflammatory disorder causing muscle pain and stiffness around the shoulders and hips. Polymyalgia can recur years after discontinuation of corticosteroid therapy. There can be a disease-free interval. This can differ from person to person.
