I researched and heard that taking fish oil three times a day helps. I have been taking it twice a day and they are a 1000 mg. Plus I insert vitamin E signs every other night. Should this he l with dryness?I
I will not try the medicine prescribed because of the cancer warnings, I rather try something natural.

Hello. Thank you for posting.

The medications your doctor has prescribed do help many women with dryness. It's your choice to try something else, of course. According to the resource below, Vitamin E can help.
