I have terrible itching in the area around the euretha. No uti. No vaginal infection. Just this horrible itching in thr front of my crotch. What can I do?

You might have what is called urethritis which typically causes pain and/or irritation. The primary cause of urethritis is usually infection by bacteria. Urethritis is not the same as a urinary tract infection (UTI). Urethritis is an inflammation of the urethra, while a UTI is an infection of the urinary tract. We can't say if this is what you have.
