After losing weight due to a bad dental procedure I noticed my stomach is swollen. Not middle aged spread. I mean I look 6 months pregnant. I am no bleeding and I am only uncomfortable. But a lady asked when I was due today. I have reflux, I think an ulcer too. I vomit at times. I have to watch everything I eat and drink. What does this sound like? There is a knot above my belly button. My abdomen is rock hard.

It can also cause discomfort and abdominal pain. A swollen or distended stomach can also be a sign of something more serious. I hope you will see a doctor about this soon.
