Hello, Anon! Thank you for posting.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that frequently targets wrists, fingers, knees, feet, and ankles.
For most RA suffers, cold, damp conditions or changes in barometric pressure can aggravate their symptoms, which can include pain, stiffness, and swelling of the joints. According to the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, there is no evidence to support that living in a specific location will make a long-term difference in RA. Although drier, warmer weather may result in less pain, it doesn't affect the course of the disease.
