I have reoccurring PID like 4 times am scared can it be cancerous ?

Each time I go to hospital I do a scan and there is always some unwanted water am scared this time around because the disease doesn't seem to go away.

PID or Pelvic inflammatory disease is an inflammation of the female reproductive organs. It can lead to scar formations with fibrous bands that form between tissues and organs.PID usually starts with an infection that begins in the vagina and spreads to the cervix. It can then move to the fallopian tubes and the ovaries.

You should discuss the status of you PID with your regular GYN who will look at the latest findings from your ER visit.
