I had valve replaement on May 9th, today found seepage from lowest incision spot. What concerns should I have and what should I do?

I would contact the surgeon's office about this. It maybe nothing or a sign of an infection. We cannot say. If you can't get in to see the surgeon, perhaps your primary care doctor can take a look.
