Hello. Thank you for posting.
Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. While not impossible, it’s very unlikely to become pregnant from pre-ejaculate.

Thank you so much! I alsi have another question.Today i noticed light brown spotting-is it the withdrawal bleeding and does it mean i am not pregnant?

Hi,
Some women will have spotting after taking ECP. If you don't have any bleeding within 3 weeks of taking the medication, it's recommended that you test for pregnancy. So, if no bleeding occurs, you can test. If only to ease your mind as we already spoke about pre-ejaculate being an unlikely scenario. ECP can cause your cycle to be out of sorts for a bit so be aware of this. That's why it's meant for emergency situations only such as contraception failure.

Hi,
If you are having your period this would indicate the ECP has worked.

I guess i did,but it was a but different than normal, not as heavy as usual abd the blood is darker and clotted.Could this be my period or something caused by the hormonal imbalance.Does even this type of bleedibg mean that i am safe and do not need to test for pregnancy?

Hi,
I'm afraid we need to move on. I have answered your question, it's up to you to take a test or not.
Please contact your doctor for further instructions.
